Access to the Moocon Vaults website, API, and protocol is not available to, and is not intended for use by, Restricted Persons.
A Restricted Person is any individual or entity that is resident in, located in, incorporated in, or has a registered office in any of the jurisdictions below, anyone named on a sanctions list, or anyone whose access to or use of Moocon Vaults would be contrary to any applicable law or regulation.

Your responsibility
Restricted Persons must not access or use Moocon Vaults. You are responsible for making sure your use is lawful where you are. Using a VPN or any other means to get around these restrictions is not permitted.
